If your meter talks Modbus, MeterSight can read it.

Built-in presets cover the most common power meters, and a register map covers almost everything else. RS-485 Modbus RTU meters connect through a standard gateway. MeterSight only reads, so it never changes a setting on your equipment.

Bronze, Silver or Gold: which one do I need?
Bronze answers how much energy was used and what it cost, and bills tenants for it. Silver adds live power, 15-minute demand, harmonics and automatic reports. Gold adds alarms, live one-line graphics and power-quality analysis with ITIC and COMTRADE. Open the live demos to compare, or see every feature side by side.
Which power meters work with MeterSight?
Any power or energy meter that talks Modbus. Built-in presets cover Schneider PowerLogic PM8000, ION9000 and PM5500, Socomec DIRIS A-200 and MCM-16/48, and Powerside PQube 3. Other Modbus TCP meters connect with a register map, and RS-485 Modbus RTU meters connect through a standard gateway. If your meter speaks something else, tell us what you have.
Does MeterSight create tenant invoices?
Yes. MeterSight multiplies each tenant's metered kWh by your blended rate and creates an energy invoice with bill-to, account, meter, billing period and due date. Download a sample invoice (PDF).
Cloud or on premises?
Either. With MeterSight Cloud we host your data. On premises, MeterSight runs on a Windows server you control and works fully offline for air-gapped sites. Every package has the same features in both.
Do you work with sites outside Utah?
Yes. We set up and support MeterSight remotely for facilities and properties anywhere in the United States.
